teams in lower part of the premier league are no push over and need winning and not on paper

Definitely seems to have a more level playing field to a majority of games,yes there has been a number of high scoreline results but they have been few and far between,have teams improved,have the bigger sides dropped off slightly or has covid been a factor maybe all three ..
