Didn't realise Doucoure had moved to Everton. Good player at Watford, this is a big step up for him though.
Everton have the backing and finances to be on Spurs and Arsenal's level.
They have pissed away a shit ton of money in the past few years since Moshiri arrived but might have finally stumbled into something good with Ancelotti.
I hope so, or do I? Everton are one of those clubs I quite like until we actually interact with their fans in a competition or transfer. 90% of the time seeing them do well is fine and it winds up the liverpool fans, but then if we end up meeting them in the cups they will be absolutely unbearable.
Its very good for the PL though. We could be heading for an era like Italy's "Seven Sisters" when Milan, Inter, Juve, Roma, Lazio, Fiorentina and Parma were all among the best sides in Europe.

Impressed by Everton, the new signings all played well. Spurs were utter shite, which makes me happy.
Only way to make it fair is have a live feed from the VAR room - nowhere to hide then.
the best way would be to give each club a chance to challenge the call ? each club have a live video control team and they can call for a referee to look on the screen in the stadium at the video feed they have

Hard to decide how good Everton were because Spurs were disjointed and almost disinterested. Allan looks a Fernandinho esque signing. Kane has been shite for a good while now
