Despite what some commentators seem to think, all handballs aren’t automatic cautions.

You can make a good case that this should have been but the referee has probably decided that the nudge by the attacker, whilst not enough to be a foul, has contributed to the defender handling the ball and he hasn’t therefore DELIBERATELY handled it.
