Easy to judge other clubs from a Pep/City point of view but a bit of "pausa" would be what pushed Brighton up to the next level.

Got to be able to turn the screw at different speeds - at the moment they're looking for nearly every pass to be the one that does the damage. Exciting to watch and great when it works but it carries so much risk.
