Sorry, but I don’t want an anti-climatic afternoon, sat alone, as the Portugues Eye Gouger gets first dibs on congratulating the Champions with a pile of insincere, carefully rehearsed, manipulative, bollocks, that gets repeated on SSN for the next 24 hours.

I want knee-trembling, spine-tingling, heart-stopping trauma. I want Swansea to equalize in the last minute, but City score straight from the kick-off with a Mendy screamer. I want a pitch invasion, and I want to be with the real City fans, who supported City in the 80s when football wasn’t trendy, and the only similarity with 2018, was the coaches being bricked at Anfield.
