It looked to me like they used a second freeze frame. The first lines drawn looked like he was going to be ok but then they reset it and did it again and he was off.And as is repeatedly pointed out.
The Freeze frame provided could suit any narrative.
We never,ever see the build up play.
and of course there was no image of the ball being played.
