Maybe but its so far out.

I remember when we played Chelsea years ago and it was Terry or Carvalho that got sent off and the rescinded it on appeal because he was so far out.
Yeah, I get that. One of the Arsenal centre backs got sent off at Bournemouth for a foul about 5 yards further up the pitch last season.

I don’t think VAR went that far though as the commentators said that it was involuntary action after coming up off his thigh. Think VAR didn’t look at the second touch.

If they’d have thought it was handball, they’d then have sent Taylor to the screen to make a subjectional DOGSO decision.

Yeah maybe letting Taylor make that call would have been best.

I just think on the half way line with people chasing you back, there's still a lot that can go wrong.

Can't be 'obvious' so to speak.
 
Gakpo does pop up with important goals but I just found Diaz way more dangerous and worrisome.
 
Ekitike has been watching Salah closely in training based on that flail in the area
