That last Shelvey challenge, which was not quite a red, but was really more than a yellow, is a perfect example of why there should be a yellow/red stripped card that can be given to put a player in a 10 minute sin bin.
That’d make players think twice about those sort of challenges, as well as cynical ones to stop an obvious counter attack.
