I don’t think it’s not rating him, maybe it’s more that he wouldn’t fit the system. Plus, City don’t play the same way. With the inverted wingers, you’re going have a lot of cut backs. Thus, allowing teams get into shape. The team isn’t direct as when Sane was on the left and Raz on the right. Plus, LB is an issue as well. In addition, teams camp against City.

I’m just assuming why people wouldn’t want/rate him.

Only thing I worry about are his ankles. Has had a few injuries. City players don’t get protection from refs. May be out more times than he’s on the pitch.

Spurs have had good counter attacking teams before, but usually come undone as soon as teams realise what they are and just sit back against them. Give Son room to run and you're in huge trouble, not convinced this team has enough creativity to beat packed defences consistently. Wonder how long it will take teams to sit deep against them? Then again, people let Leicester get away with it for an entire season without learning
