Odegaard stopped forward motion in the run up, but they never seem to enforce that rule on penalties these days.

Means keepers are at even more of a disadvantage than they already were.

I always thought it’s ok as long as the taker is still moving, is it not? You’re probably right, just never thought it was so pedantic really.
 
Two fouls. Penalise the second, not the first. Coote / VAR have no problem favouring the bigger club - less chance of hassle. Institutionalised bias.
 
Def pen. Defence switched off and keeper brainless! Not worried about Arsenal they don’t look as fluid as last season.

You are meant to always be moving forward on the run up, as being able to take steps then stop is rightly deemed unfair to the keeper, but they never seem to invalidate the penalty when a player violates the rule.
