You need a little bit of arrogance to be be a winner, the best ones do, but he's lost the bridge he needs to the players.
He's tactically inept, outdated in the modern game. The players don't buy into him. In days gone by it worked but today is totally different.
I put that solely down to what we are doing. We are top dogs in this city and them scum players fuckin know it.
