What an odd goal! It's a horrible piece of goalkeeping from the veteran Julian Speroni. A long ball is hit crossfield to James Milner on the right of the penalty area, he hits the ball across goal, Speroni tips it high over his own head and Mo Salah is there to convert it right on the line!

Even on the super slo-mo it's hard to see whether the ball was over the line or not but it's been given to the Egyptian..

And has still managed to look like dross 80% of the time he is on the pitch and added virtually nothing to us as a team. Apart from missing the seasons defining penalty.
