For example, the dippers play Bayern at home on the Tues 19th Feb, and then they’ve got the scum away on the 24th.

Amazingly when he’s given a start, instead of say Sterling, some are crying that Pep hadn’t picked our best 11, funny that.

There was a piece in the MEN this week about how for something like the next 7 rounds of fixtures, we play BEFORE the dippers, so instead of the gap widening and us having to win to close it, we can potentially close it right up and heap pressure of them to re-open it. Apparently it can be a massive factor, who plays first.

It would be if it was correct but it’s only the next 2 games and then they play sat/we play Sunday. Next round after that we probably don’t play at all as cup final weekend.

Yeah, don't we have 6 or 7 games in a row of playing first? Serious chance to put the pressure on.

We have two straight next, then they play first 9/10 February, then two more first for us, before the schedules get moved around a bit.

I would honestly not mind being a point behind them going in to April as I think the pressure of that would cause them to implode spectacularly.
