If a club pay £60m for him they've rocks in their head. You wouldn't go near him unless his contract runs out with Everton and get him on a free. He's far go injury prone.

I do think he has the makings of a very good centre forward if he stayed fit, If anything he'll get worse with age regarding injuries.
