It’s not impacted on what Raya was trying to do. He went for a stupid punch and made the stupid punch. It was weak, shit goalkeeping and the ref has let him off the hook.

Precisely, you can see Raya actually runs around Solanke to avoid him so he can get the punch away. His action not been interrupted or influenced at all. He's just shit. But apparently that wins him a free kick.
