No. Deliberate handball by the keeper outside the box is generally a red card.

Yeah, I get the rule! It's just it wasn't exactly an outstretched hand slapping it away! The bounce caught him out, imo.

No, it's only a three match ban for violent foul play, just the one for a technical violation. I think that's right but who knows anymore!
