It's quite obvious why the SAOT wasn't working on that occasion. It simply can't handle bodies at unusual angles and odd limbs sticking out and weird perspective/parallax issues. Entirely the reason why Ruben Dias appeared to be floating in mid-air the other week for the Newcastle goal.

The PL spent a fortune developing its own solution which appears to be objectively worse than the ones used everywhere else.

Considering the hundreds of millions pounds Chelsea have spent on this squad they really don’t have a lot to show for it. They are getting absolutely battered by Newcastle who I can easily see scoring 5 today.

I find Newcastle to be just a blood & thunder, up and at 'em team - but only when playing the better sides, they come right off the pace when playing poorer teams.
