I doubt the PiGMOL will bother as it didn't happen against one of the 'big' clubs (ourselves not included, obviously). Also, there is pretty much zero outrage from the mainstream sports media, so it practically never happened.So charge him retrospectively. It's one of the most egregious examples of cheating I have ever seen on a professional football pitch.
