Love football, hate a lot of football players and how they're responsible for ruining the game. Another player there rolling around like he's been scythed down, screaming in agony then moments later running around. Absolute fucking fannies and shamefully they never, ever get called out for it.

It was the exact penalty given again Kalvin Phillips at Newcastle.
For what it’s worth, I don’t think either of them are penalties but, if the Newcastle one is given then that one should be as well.

Garnacho got one very similar too against Everton also.

Personally I also think they are very soft, It all boils down to consistency again with this leagues officials.
