Whilst this club hasn’t got much wrong in the past decade, letting a teenage Lavia go, who would’ve surely been happy with ‘garbage time’ minutes and replacing him with Phillips ranks as a pretty fucking baffling decision.

Maybe, but if we take him back next year he’ll come back a far better player than if he spent 2 years getting ‘garbage time’ with us. In that case it would look a very smart move.
