Half of Havertz's body and one leg is ahead of the ball, so he's offside.

This isn't even a complicated offside decision.
Now you see, that's bollocks. They were both onside for the shot against the post, Havertz only became offside when he played the rebound. But it was the right decision at that point.
 
It's pretty obvious to anyone watching this that the huge drop-off in performance levels this year is more suspicious than players merely getting older and burnout.

If they were a pro cycling team there would be rumours and investigation, the drop of is well dodgy
