It’s amazing how are players are said to be struggling when they haven’t performed well five games in to their careers with us but Liverpool (and United) players are described as just “needing more time to get up to speed”.

They're up to speed, it's the ability which is missing

He knows his tactics and talks well about them to be fair to him.

Rebuild and injuries excuse…yawn. Never hear that we have no first team CB’s playing regularly in any season! Oh and I think we won a league without a number 9? Not sure maybe I dreamt that. Oh that’s right we have the biggest squad in the league.

Liverpool have earnt similar numbers to City and United over recent years and have not invested anywhere near the same amount of money in their squad as the two Manchester clubs.

As a percentage to turnover I bet they’ve invested less than Everton.

Where the money goes at Liverpool is a mystery.

They’ve never had a squad like City, United or Chelsea. They’re alright when everyone is fit but they’re nowhere near when they have to dig deeper into their squad.

Klopp moans about not being able to compete with us, but they have had the second highest turnover in the last five years behind us and in a few seasons they’ve earnt more than us so there’s no excuse to name us.

Ok then call it out as lack of investment from FSG. No one has ever used injuries as an excuse for below par performances (or seasons) from us. Nunez was Mane's replacement. He hasn't delivered so they went out and bought Gakpo for additional firepower. Salah is out of form. Harvey Elliott is unproven. Injuries are not their only problem.
