The onus should always be on proving the defence was committed, not trying to prove it didn't as we have now in this crazy VAR world.

Following the first controversy both the referee and Var were too scared to allow second goal. I sincerely believe it from what i saw few times. Not sure i seen something like that before.Total embarassment. Referee ashamed himself here, you must have resisitence at this line of work. Should be fired actually

“clear and obvious error” should never have been implemented in the first place.
It’s basically a way of protecting their mate.
A decision is either right or wrong.

Laughably on the replays you can see that Madley can’t see anything of the goal, not only is he directly behind the action but he also has a player blocking his view, so he guesses and then VAR backs him up as saying not enough clear evidence to overturn it when the **** didn’t even see it. Couldn’t make it up.
