There is the problem with var, the penalty was given, take the offside out, how the fuck is that a penalty, minimal contact not even enough to knock a small child over, however var slo mo will judge there is contact, luckily another shit rule has over ruled it

It’s because the lines are planes.

The planes are the horizontal line at the point of the shoulder/elbow, starting from the same point of the far touch line.
