I agree, especially with their tough run in and low morale throughout the club. Having watched Burnley win they have belief in themselves and even though Dyche isn't there Burnley know how to fight when they're amongst the relegation fodder.Everton are as good as down.
And the cult still to this day display Steau Bucharest banners, the team that won the European cup that Everton should have wonLet's not forget that the Dipper's 'antics' in Europe back in the 80's denied Everyon a genuine chance of silverware. Could have turned out a whole lot differently for them.
I get that, I do... but on a footballing note ... you would rather a team who only turns up twice a year against us (Everton) stay in the league over a team where we have only lost twice in the last thirty matches (Burnley) hmmm...
Plus one are scousers.
I am still not sure why they decided to give Frank the job! They would definitely be going down and I don't think Frank would be looking to manage at the Championship, he loves the big stage, problem is he isn't cut out for it!If Everton go down it'll be a bit of history. They're the longest standing club continuously in the top flight — First Division and PL — after Arsenal. And as Michael Caine might say, “Not many people…”
Not at all sure that Frank's manager material really. A lot of formerly great players aren't.
Carragher was embarrassing. They don't put Ian Wright on commentary for Arsenal matches and I guarantee if he did Wright wouldn't get as blatantly biased and hysterical as Carragher did today
