My lad had a £1 bet for 12 results starting last week. He needs Newcastle to beat Sheff utd for 6.5k. He had Villa to win and Brighton to win today. Currently he's sitting on 3.8k. I'm begging him to cash out as football can bite you on the arse.

What would you lot do?

Tbh I think it would be a hugely impressive win for Newcastle if they get it. We know how difficult it is after CL games. They’ve rotated the squad a bit which could hinder them as much as it helps them. I’d cash out. £3.8k is lovely. I’d not be arsed about the extra £2.7k, once that 4k hits the bank.

While he is out there, grab his phone and cash out.

Newcastle will probably win but would he take 3.8k out of his bank account and put it on Newcastle to win. I doubt it.

If he's going to cash out he's better doing it now. For every minute that passes from kick off it will go down £40 if Newcastle dont score. Triple it if Sheff Utd score 1st. I'm only giving you the negative side here btw.. How I look at his bet is he's picked a 3'800/1 winner right now at this point. That is some doing.
