Premier League Games 23/24 Sept '23

I've no idea what the handball law is any more. Can a deliberate handball in the buildup to a goal be ruled out by VAR or is it only the scorer who can be penalised?
If scorer handball regardless of intent then it’s handball if a player in build up handballs it then it has to be deliberate to rule out goal That’s how I understand it when the Burnley goal was disallowed on Monday

I knew they were cloggers at times but thankfully not as bad as that?

Really hate when teams lacking in skill resort to 'gettin stuck in' tactics.
Off the top of my head:

Stamp on Rodri’s foot
Scything kick of Foden from behind (early on, no card)
Kick to Gvardiol’s ribs
Follow through in to the back of Grealish’s leg
Several kicks to Jack’s Achilles in quick succession

It’s always handball when it’s deliberate apart from a goalkeeper inside his own box.
