Premier League Games 23/24 Sept '23

Not sure he is going to develop much at the Blades, given how they play and how little goes through him.

As I said earlier in the thread, if he is going to be in a relegation scrap, I would rather him be at Burnley, which play much more like us, have far more possession in games (so McAtee will get more of the ball), and who have a city legend that knows how to manage/motivate young players.
If anything, there is a chance this actually sets him back in his development.

He will forget how to play attacking football if his brain is constantly in watch and defend mode.

Has that rule about only one person in the technical area gone? Howe and Tindall holding hands again in the Newcastle section (I think it’s hands anyway). Also Heckingbottom and MCCall.

Another wasted loan, i know mcatee wanted to go back there but in general we are really shit at getting players good loans. Especially so when we have sister clubs like Girona who are joint top of the league just there.

Everton are the only hope for the 3 promoted sides and even they look far more capable. No real quality in any of the promoted teams. Highlights how poor we were at sheffield the other week too. That would have been an utter disaster if we hadn't took 3 points from that
