Nobody is "soft as fuck". Agree to disagree, the face he pulled as he carried out the action is questionable and embarrassing. Do that in a professional environment and you are out of the door.

Someone said Arteta was making an impression of a disabled person. Arteta wasn’t doing that. I’d the person believed that then he/she is soft as fuck and part of this culture where nobody can say or do anything without someone like that getting offended by it.
