Getting out of the championship is not an easy League to get out of, its extremely competitive, so he did very well there.

However the Premier League is a completely different thing, but no promoted team has won a game yet, so maybe it's just a sign of the gap between the promoted teams and the other teams, rather than the managers themselves.
