Premier League Games | 24/25/26 Oct '25

Easy to do.
The game stops the clock stops.
The game restarts and so does the clock.
Simples.Zz,,
The thing is, the game is run by the Yank owners of the red filth. In the U S of A they stop the clock in most sports.. so why are they not pushing for that here ?.. Answers on a postcard please folks.

They should play to a hooter .. when the ball is dead the clock stops.. no input from the Ref.. It’s not rocket science but that wouldn’t allow them to try and manipulate outcomes
Rugby is a bad comparison . The ball is out of play for about half an hour in football. Stopping the clock every time would lead to 2 and a half hour games.

Genuinely Thought Pool would kick on and dominate this year a few weeks back given the signings. Just goes to show that football really isn’t so simple. They don’t look half the team I once feared when we faced them in their peak Klopp era.

Encouraged by what I’ve seen recently from us so far but it’s Arsenal’s title to lose this year let’s be honest. Happy for us to stay under the radar and what happens happens

Football in the Prem is changing. Teams now have more physical and powerful players than technical ones.

I expect to see more upsets this season than previous ones.

Except when teams lube up for the rags.

Dipper fans really have no self awareness.

A lot of them are turning on Slit, saying he should be sacked then putting YNWA.

The irony really is lost on them.

Wirtz is poorly managed; he would have been better under Pep. Slot is a poor manager

He would have changed our style if we'd gone with him, we'd have probably gone down the more technical route where his physicality doesn't get exposed.

In these games Liverpool are having, that are back-and-forth, no domination, he's going to struggle. He looks like a boy in this league, they're bullying him.
