Premier League Games 25/26/27 August '23

Newcastle just aren't at the level many would suggest they are. Their lack of depth will cause them even more problems once champions league start.

I don't think you can credit the dippers too much despite the comeback with 10 men. It was simply newcastle throwing that away.

I don't fear liverpool at all, they've got plenty of problems, back 4 is a mess and thr midfield isn't balanced and isn't suited to the shit football klopp prefers. They aren't a shadow of the team we faced a few years back and don't believe they'll be our closest challengers unless a few others have an absolute mare.

Would have been nice to laugh at the dippers and this will certainly invigorate them but as long as we do our stuff we won't have to worry about their results.

Suddenly 7 points from Bournemouth home, Chelsea away and Newcastle away looks a great points tally. Gonna be between us and them again
No Van Disney for 1 or 2 games, an out of sorts Salah, Endo not Hendo. It will be us and us for the title, no one seems to be near us at the moment.

It's always a good weekend when City win but it promised so much more when United were 2-0 down and Liverpool were 1-0 down with 10 men.

Impressive comeback from Liverpool to be fair.

That defeat is all on the hands of Eddie Howe. He's a clueless ****.

His substitutions today were absolutely shocking.
I think it was more on his tactics. He should have had them put the Dippers to the sword.

Instead, they sat back on their one goal lead, rarely looking like they had a man advantage.

But the subs certainly didn’t help.
