Credit where due, Mickeywotsit's finish was very good. But it shouldn't have stood. Can't understand the logic of some of the pundits out there though; "Hmm, yeah, it MAY have technically been offside. But we're glad it was allowed to stand. A goal like that shouldn't be ruled out". What? If a goal is illegal, it's illegal, regardless of how good the "goal" may be. If England was playing Germany in the World Cup Final and Gundogan scored something similar, and the goal was allowed to stand, the media would have a fit about it.
