Premier League Games 26/27/28/ Dec

Credit where due, Mickeywotsit's finish was very good. But it shouldn't have stood. Can't understand the logic of some of the pundits out there though; "Hmm, yeah, it MAY have technically been offside. But we're glad it was allowed to stand. A goal like that shouldn't be ruled out". What? If a goal is illegal, it's illegal, regardless of how good the "goal" may be. If England was playing Germany in the World Cup Final and Gundogan scored something similar, and the goal was allowed to stand, the media would have a fit about it.
Think reason why it's not a big deal is due to the game already being decided. Certainly one of the goals of the season offside or not

Agreed.

Actually if the linesman had done his job and flagged, Sunderland could have ended up 1-2 down with 3 minutes to grab an equaliser.
