Premier League Games 26/27 Dec

Been having a look around on Brighton forums and Brighton Twitter. Seems the empty seats are being caused by:

- The ground being in the middle of nowhere with shit parking options
- Public transport not running (which is apparently how the majority get to the stadium)
- COVID cases and COVID passes
- And I imagine turning up in the cold to watch your team when they've not won since September is hardly fun
- Brighton have apparently made it harder for fans to transfer tickets, like City have with us

All adds up in the end. We've been there before...

Two brilliant goals from Brighton…

But get celebrating son! I can’t be doing with this pretend-not-to-show-disrespect-to-old-fans shit, you fucked them off and have just rifled one in the top corner against them, fucking run to your fans fella!

Complain about empty seat jibes whilst mocking other teams about it. Brighton aren’t a massive team, it’s 8pm on Boxing Day, game on tv whilst a pandemic is still ongoing whilst being told to limit interaction etc. Grow up
If that's aimed at me, read my post again (carefully) and actually think about it. I'm not having a dig at Brighton, far from it. I'm having a dig at the constant media narrative about our empty seats, while conveniently ignoring the same scenario at other clubs. Arsenal, as an example, regularly have empty seats at their games. Is there ever anything made of it by the media? And there's not been any mention of the seats there tonight, unless I missed it. The commentators even had another pop today, commenting at one point about the stadium being quiet. If they want to have a go at us for perceived empty seats, fine. Just be consistent about it, that's all I'm after.
