Premier League Games 26/27 December

Couldn't have asked for a much better set of results these last two days. united, Leicester, Chelsea, Liverpool and spurs all dropping points whilst we win. a few more losses would have been better but that's just being greedy. let's hope for another similar set of results in the next few days to put us right in the mix.
Was thinking the same. We’re already well in the mix, especially if we win our game in hand.

If we use the stop clock it turns into 3 hours game, no issue with strict timing but it would need to be a 60 min game and strict restarts, eg. corners ad goal kick currently taking ages for everyone to line up.

Liverpool had possession for the final minutes and two corners, the second one he blow up. There was a sub in the 91st min which led to the extra minute right or wrong it should been that long.
It doesn’t have to
I read somewhere that in a Premier League game the ball is in play for an average of 29 minutes each half
Just have a 30 minute play clock which only runs when the ball is actually in play, job done
Players lining up a throw then leaving it for someone else, keepers wasting time, fake injuries, none of it works any more

Football more than ever is being used as a distraction to placate the masses, bombarded incessantly it seems by shit games that have no bearing on our current predicament. Nobody is in the grounds ffs, so whats the point? Meaningless friendlies. But serves as a means to deter any constructive thought process

"Kane is world class." Don't use your eyes, just listen to what they tell you over and over. His rise to prominence should tell you all you need to know about where we're at.

I didn't see the Spuds game but by all accounts is was business as usual: Kane screaming in the ear of the ref and throwing himself to the ground whenever possible, and Maureen playing 10 men behind the ball after going a goal up?

Some things never change.
