Unsurprisingly it's a shit game so far

Completely down to United, as well. As much as I want Arsenal to drop below us I honestly can't fault them for anything this season (or generally before that, especially given how helpful they have been in the transfer market).

But United, beyond obvious reasons, can be faulted for nearly everything they've done this year. They are a laboured, turgid, and pitiable side... and we all know the descriptors that should be used for their manager.

I am generally pleased with their decline, of course, but there is still something very sad about it all. Every superhero needs an archnemisis and this is like Superman waking up and finding that Lex Luther is in a retirement estate.

I think this even given that goal.
