West Ham playing well even if it is against poor opposition.
Results do not justify everything -and WH did everything possible to fuck that up. Retreating and inviting opposition in their box, unable to safely circulating the ball, cheaply wasting promising plays etc etc etc. It should have been decided already before 60', thank God Marco's goal came immediately after 2-1 and killed the game...
Pablo was their only player with the correct mentality on the pitch, easy MOM for me, not Anderson, not Marco, definitely not Noble. Pablo (and I'll forget Martial going past him there, unacceptable for his experience). Followed by people like Snodgrass and Fabianski...
United were unbelievably bad, but you won't hear anything relevant in Mourinho's post match comments. Generally satisfied by his team's reaction (even though he would be happy with more aggressiveness in "the duels"), it was the linesman for the 1-0, and the ref responsible for the play leading to Arnautovic's goal. Having lost total control, nowadays he seems to be making team selections so as to answer his critics (Martial in for Alexis). But if he manages to make top 4, I guess he will celebrate it as the biggest achievement of his career, right? OK, perhaps second best, number one being finishing 2nd last season. What a clown...
Good luck to MP and WH.
