They really have to figure out a way to cut out that playing acting head injuries. Fernandes has become the master **** with it.

Need to force players that go down clutching their heads to go off the pitch for five minutes for full concussion assessment, with an option to immediately sub on a player for the player going offf (which uses a sub and a sub window). If the team chooses not to sub on a new player the team has to play a man down for the 5 minutes.
