The head injury rule was not meant to stop play for just a simple flailing hand to the face. Cut out the play acting.

I think it’s the fact that games get stopped all the time for the most trivial of "head injuries". No problem with the referee carrying on, but can we please have a similar application when visiting teams to the Etihad feign injury purely to disrupt proceedings?

All this constant play acting trying to con the referee is pathetic. Gordon is one of the worst. Game stops every 2 minutes for someone rolling around and pretending they're seriously injured.
