Where in the Laws of the Game does it say that any contact whatsoever is a penalty?

Always said that no matter the contact, if the player goes down theatrically they should pe punished with no foul. Get this out of our game. Mane and Salah has been a disgrace for it since they rocked up, would be ashamed supporting them but as we all know scousers got no shame
