...as they continue to move in the right direction"

"Ibrahimovic, who was probably offside...."

Well, it is the pantomime season.

"HE'S BEHIND YOU!!!!!"

Theres a big scandal waiting to come out.

Yep. I'm amazed it seems forbidden to say it's bent as fuck. Theres a huge scandal waiting to come out just like all the nonce stuff has. Hopefully Ferguson is alive when it happens because it will, one day.
Mark Halsey spoke up about it and said Ferguson used to have every officials mobile number and would ring them before games. He also said the head of the PGMOL would remind them that the Premier League is a 'show' and not to ruin it by giving certain teams red cards. He used to be on Talksport and BT all the time.

What happened, all of the sudden over night he stopped getting gigs. I'm 100% sure the PGMOL or Premier League used their leverage over BT and Talksport to silence him.

I share the frustrations of fans everywhere. Down here in Northampton we have the mighty Saints in rugby union. As you probably know, rugby use video refs and they put everything up on the big screens for the ref and fans to watch. The video ref consults with the on field ref who still has the final decision. If the on field ref is happy without a replay then he doesn't ask for it. Although it slows the game down a bit, justice is always seen to be done and the system works well. It can actually be quite exciting. Of course there is a lot of respect for rugby referees - anybody who has reffed rugby (including me) knows how difficult it is and players and fans accept he won't always get everything right.

Rojo grabbed one of our players (I forget who) by the shirt and wrestled him to the ground. Should have had a penalty but the ref waved play on. It's not uncommon for Spurs to be stitched up by United and the ref

I remember the host on Talksport in disbelief saying "what, Ferguson rings the refs!?" and Halsey was so matter of fact like he didn't even see anything wrong with it.

They were down and out until we gifted them the League Cup game. We had the chance to bury them, didn't, and it was all a laugh at the time to Pep.
The clubs' form have gone in opposite directions since. If you don't respect the game, it can bite you on the arse.

We had an important game against Barcelona in the champions league and needed to rotate.

I find it hard to believe that a sport with as much money in it as football, results can be determined or manipulated by ONE person. The man in the middle. If HE wants games to go one way or the other then he can control it by ways of HIS decisions. He can make it harder for one team or easier for another. We need video technology brought in just for goals and RED cards at least. Then there will be a level playing field. It will be there, no opinion, no uncertainty and no cheating.
