It’s all about the fact that maguire drags down an arsenal player in the box in the first half and they don’t even review it. Ref didn’t give either decision yet VAR only decided to look and change one of the two blatant penalties.

VAR did review it, they review everything, they just didn't care because referees never referee the defenders at set pieces anyway.

Remember 2 seasons ago when they did for the first 2 weeks and there were like 10 penalties? Then they just stopped again.
