Just rewatched it and the game was stopped for a minute and a half for Cedric's injury, and Everton scored at 95:05, so it was fair enough.

It just seems fishy because they rarely keep time correctly. Though, perhaps the fact that it was kept correctly in this match in particular, with that result, is what is suspect.
