A bit fortunate? Rodri was sent off for much less. Bruno forearmed the Arsenal player to the head (ok, it was Jorginho and we’re alright with it being him) so that was a clear red, then he threw his arms up to Rice after kicking the ball at Havertz. Did Rodri not get sent off for raising his arms against a player? Seems to me, one rule for City, another for others here.
