Wenger apparently practically runs the whole club, if they actually want to get rid of him then chatting to their mates in the pub isn't going to do much. Like i said, probably better ways of going about it, but i can understand the frustration. Neville was also defending the job Wenger has done, which i don't agree with at all, not recently.

Fair point but even if I wanted a manager out, I wouldn't dream of displaying a banner at a game. In any case, the whole country is aware how disgruntled a lot of Arsenal fans are and this won't be lost on Wenger and the board.

Wenger does indeed have a fair bit of clout there but I'm not convinced getting rid of him gets rid of their problems. The likes of Kroenke are happy with top 4 every year and don't want to compete with us, United, and Chelsea in the transfer market even though they have the funds to do so. They're not going to suddenly sanction a £200 million spending spree if Wenger leaves and if he's replaced by an inferior manager their problems will exacerbate.
