Proper bent reffing in the last few mins

The standard of refereeing in what is supposed to be the best league in the world is so so so so bad. The reality is the players are too fast and too fit for old school referees to keep up. They are sloppy, inconsistent, emotional and imbalanced. Many can’t run a proper diagonal. They stay too far behind the ball because they can’t keep up with quick shifts in possession. They guess on close calls. Their protection of keepers is overly aggressive some matches, completely absent in others, seemingly at random. I don’t blame a conspiracy. I simply think it’s absolutely terrible management and standard-setting.
