I agree the league is more competitive but blaming Europe is just a convenient excuse at the moment. Dropping points in the last 3 home games had fuck all to do with Europe. It was purely shit defending coupled with poor finishing and decision making.

Pep hasn't once used Europe as an excuse.

2 out for those 3 home games we're straight after European matches. So what if pep hasn't used it as an excuse, it's a known fact teams tend to drop points after European games.

Can't use Europe as an excuse for missing penalties and sitters.
