Hes a talent but his positioning is awful, hes following players instead of staying in position.

For a good few years young players have been let down by that club because their talent is treated as being the finished product. Mainoo's a kid and only just broken into the first team - he needs intensive coaching and to not be overplayed, otherwise in 5 years' time he'll be a jaded waste of potential.
