Looking at the sides who are potentially coming back up, they're sides who have premier league experience, who should have a bit more pull than the usual promoted teams and should stand a better chance of survival.Big win for Everton today. But how long will it be before they fail to dodge the bullet? It seems to be nearly every year they're fighting for survival.
Of the 3 teams currently just below them, Brentford, forest and Luton, whichever 2 stay up, I expect they'll be in for a tough season again next year and everton will be in a fight to be better than those 2 and the 3 promoted teams.
They're not going to have money to spend, they'll have to sell onana and Branthwaite to fund their summer signings and if they don't nail that, next year might finally be the year for them, just as they move into their new ground too. It definitely feels like it'd almost inevitable at this point.
