All head injuries should have an automatic ten minutes substitution for assessment. That would reduce feigning by 99%.

I agree there's an argument for that but they aren't going to do it because they won't do anything that encourages players who have genuine head injuries to play on instead of seeking medical assistance.

I don't know what the right solution is, but then I'm not paid to administer the rules of the game.
